Memory Exercise No. 1
First exercise is remembering your PIN. It is very good exercise. In this exercise you can choose your own PIN. It can also works with any short number which have few digits e.g. security code. First of all pick a number which is important to you but no one can guess that number. It could be your date of birth which you can write like this 1982. In this case you can remember your PIN. Just remember it that create a powerful image which will link your card with your PIN.
This memory exercise’s strength lies in number and image which mean to YOU.

Memory Exercise No. 2
Second Exercise is remembering Phone Numbers. If you want to remember a longer number such as phone numbers, in this memory exercise key point is to find something memorable to you. Let’s imagine that your doctor has the 8 digits phone number that you want to remember: 56452438
First step is to break this in to two group of numbers which will be easier to remember. Four digits for each group is best than the number given above will break into 5645 2438.
Second step is to replace these numbers with a sentence which is related to your doctor.
Replace each digit of each number with a word which have same letters. For example, digit 6 will be replace with 6 letters of word.
Let’s have an example, you can write first part of your doctor’s phone number as “Teeth Repair Soon Doctor” and second part written as “No Sore Gum Pleasure”.
These are the 2 memory exercises which you can use to improve your memory. Your practice will be more enjoyable and your memory will improve faster if you do fun with this.
